It does not matter how much money he has or where he can go for treatment Scott. I think the point Kevin is trying to make is that Senator Kennedy is dying. 

Kevin is not trying to make a point.  Kevin is using the typical debating tactic of trying to change the subject because Kevin is losing the argument. 

I was only using Senator Kennedy's case as an example, Judy, which is obvious if you read the entire thread in context.  I am a firm believer in miracles, as you may be aware and my heartfelt prayers and support are with Senator Kennedy and his family.  Some of the greatest medical advances of the last 25 years have come about as a result of people being free to pursue their goals.  The United States is the country where miracles are born, so never say never.
