Gas prices here in Georgia are rising steadily, 3 more cents every time you need to fill up. I drive a Honda Civic Hybrid (bought used) - 46 to 50 miles a gallon! Less than 2 years ago it cost me $25 to fill up, now it's $40....for a freakin' Hybrid!! I sometimes use a BP Visa card where I get 5 cents rebate on gas and 2% on other purchases - just got 4 $25 gas cards free. I also get 10 cents off at Kroger grocery when I spend $100..
About online records; if you abstract in Georgia only using online records, you are taking a great risk. They are not reliable. I recently ran a search here, where if you looked just online, it appeared that a bank still owned the property. In fact, it had been conveyed 3 times afterward. The online records had an entity selling the property, who in fact never had an interest. It was a "typo" that wouldn't have been found online. Not all liens are there and certainly not civil records. You can't check the legal descriptions in most cases.
