The disclaimers are on the web sites - Not in the offices. I've never seen a disclaimer posted at the  courthouse that states the records there are NOT official or accurate. But these disclaimers are almost always on the websites. (Although sometimes very cleverly hidden). And I'm not talking about the disclaimers that warn filers not to include personal identifying information in the documents or warnings that filing a false document is a crime.
