That's exactly the point Judy. We know what the privacy policies are for the contracts we sign. I don't know of any American company that refuses to post its privacy policy or how they can use the information any information they gather about their abstractors. I don't think I would want to give my Social Security number to anyone who will not even state that they will use it only for W9's. Without a privacy policy in place, who knows how they intend to use it?
