This is another great example of the hazards of searching online records. These special assessements that have been approved, but have not yet been added to the tax rolls, are important and they are not available online. At least in our counties, they are maintained in a special assessments book which is not entered into the auditors computers until the next taxing cycle begins.
These things can be difficult enough to find when you are at the courthouse! I can't imagine trying to get this information without visiting the county offices.
