I am currantly in court with "mezzo" "star" settlements. I am at a point where I need as much help from all who has any information. Although I received a judgment and executed on the writ when it came time for me to collect (ha-ha) Star Settlement objected to the writ claiming they are the owners and the items could not be set for collections. Two major players-Dennis Blackwell and Rick Tarrantine claim they are Star Settlement and have no connection with the company Mezzo.  Any information tying these together is all we need to finally end everyones nightmare. We can take them down if we can pull information.  I only have 20 days to appeal and bring to the courts a proof of merger or incorporation of the said companies.  I also believe that if I had proof that these two were in fact working with mezzo, acting as managers and attorneys with this company during the transition of mezzo to star it could also lead to a victory for all of us.  Just for everyone who has been burned by them- mezzo- they will be filing bankruptcy very soon- Mr. Dennis Blackwell supplied this information at the hearing- Funny he should know something about a company he claims he is not a part of!!!!!
