I have one local title agent who doesn't seem to understand that when a "Current Owner" has been in title for the last 30 or 40 years, that I have to search through that many years of records.  He seems to be under the impression that I should give him the search for the same price and always gives me a hard time about turnaround times.

I try hard to accommodate my clients' demands as much as possible, but I've since decided that this one is more trouble than he's worth and will be asking him to reassign his future orders.
