It is my understanding that the organ donor rights would be determined by Chinese law rather than American law. As I understand it the state has the right to dispose of these organs as it sees fit.

In so far as walking around with a felon's organs implanted?...I would think it is better than the alternative. ...death. While the convict may have transgressed Chinese law requiring capital punishment ( not always consistent with American law) the organs are put to use in a more redeeming manner.

The state usually adds insult to injury for the execution. They send the convict's family a bill for the cost of the bullet expended to execute the convict.
