Quick and Easy Appetizer -
In a bowl mix a pkg of softened cream cheese (it's the holidays so skip the light stuff an use the real thing!) with a jar of thinly sliced spanish olives.

Spread mixture over a whole tortilla. Make sure to cover the tortilla completely and keep it thin. Now roll the tortilla up, sealing the edges with the cream cheese from the bowl. Slice into pinwheels. Whala!

You can also use plain cream cheese (for those with an aversion to olives) or veggie cream cheese. Quick, Easy and YUMMY!
