1. You must read the documents.
2. If you feel like responding, you must respond in the manner indicated and by the date indicated.
For example, the most recent document indicated that Express is petitioning to destroy certain business records and computer hardware. If you're ok with that, don't respond. If you're opposed to that, respond by Jan. 2 to the court and Express's lawyer as indicated in the document.
My personal opinion is that, once the lawyer gets paid, there will be nothing left for the rest of us. So, don't get your hopes up.
