Ricter Abstract is a family owned company, Ric & Teri, get it Ricter, they are based out of hunnigton Beach, California.  You can do a Google Earth search or even a map quest search to find their property so you can place a lien on their property.   They owed me about $1400 so I sent them to collections and got about $400, they will still not respond to my requests for the balance!  Ric had a heart attach about a year or two ago and had to use all his abstractors money to pay for his surgery and recovery.   I was able to get Terri on the phone very now and then, mostly then and she would convey to me that a check is in the mail, well I am still waiting.
