I tried last year to sue in the "right state court" and they wouldn't let me.  My problem was a bad check from an Alabama Co. that paid for a search done in Tn.  I got a judgement in Tn but what good did it do me?  Unless this company tries to borrow money in TN, I will never collect it.   And Alabama won't let me file it there.  It's scary!
