Hi, two companies were looking to merge... Diversified of Carnegie, PA and Renaissance Settlements... I won't pretend to know all of the complete facts however, I was told by a prominent underwriter headquartered here that these companies did not close voluntarily, they were shut down by their underwriters and the State.
