Delinquencies in payment have been a topic of discussion on this forum for the three years in which I have been participating. Unfortunately the abstractors seem interested in nothing but complaining, and have some difficulty in understanding that occasionally it is necessary to back up the complaint with legal action.  Nothing works better than a good law suit.

I have seen your post over on Not Rot commending the signing agents for their tenacity in securing payment for their services. I agree. They are a much more aggressive group of people than the abstractors. They are a delight with which to work. Talking in forums is helpful, but until someone decides to get off his/her a$$ to file suit ....nothing is going to get done.
