You are either an attorney or are related to one that makes a fortune filing lawsuits. The only winners in a lawsuit are the attorneys. There is no guarantee of receiving past due payments and, should one be awarded, after the attorney takes their cut, how much are you really left with? Due to this line of thinking , it is the litigious nature of business that drives up the cost of doing business. If I were in the business of filing lawsuits, I would have become a lawyer
