Absolutely, Kevin.  First, we're allowed to file our case in our own district since the order comes to us via phone or fax.  I don't have to travel anywhere.  Don't laugh, but my district justice office is right next door.  I didn't plan it that way. ;)

The evidence is the order itself.  No one outside of this crazy business expects anyone to worl for free.
