I agree that online testing CAN be done, but as you say, with limited timing so that the taker doesn't have time to look up the answers. Initially, there may not be enough interest in the exam to make it available except at national testing centers (such as those that do the SATs). But as we grow, good organizational method will dictate that we have regions and/or eventually state chapters which report to the national chapter. It will be at these lower divisions that local testing will be most convenient. As events are organized like Title Camp was last year, time can be set aside for testing with the organizer as proctor. So we really need to work hard this year to grow NALTEA. For a while we will be in limbo. The exam will most likely attract new members, but new members will be needed to make the testing times convenient.
