Is $35 unreasonable?  I've seen $25 Current Owner searches.

My company has no problem quoting $35 for a Current Owner search when the courthose is 4 blocks away.  IMO , each county is different - and each person or company's business model is diffeent.

Loretta, what is your $$ threshold for a CO search?  Suppose say, the same company asked you to do 5/day  - everyday - in the same county.

$50?/per  $100?/per

I'm simply curious as I am always trying to read the competition , and geographic challenges.
