Thanks for noticing that I answered his original question.  The post kinda got side tracked about fees.  

This company emailed me their information & wanted me to fax my fee sheet, W-9, E & O & you know what I did?  I DELETED their email.  I am not going to work for companies that already have a bunch of abstractors that have not been paid or are waiting for their money for weeks or months. 

I learned my lesson with All American Escrow earlier this year.   I should have known better in the first place.   Slow payors seem to become no payors eventually.  Stay away from slow payors, PERIOD.  The weak title companies will not survive these hard times.
