JT,
You say you did not misunderstand my original post and then go on to eleborate on everything except the subject of my original post.
You talk about your customers submitting orders to incorrect counties, no finds, trip fees, and questionable searches. None of which has anything to do with my original post.
To reiterate, this case had nothing to do with the quality of the request my vendor received from their customer. Neither is the quality of my report or that of the other abstractor at question. The only thing at question is the distribution by a vendor management company of the same order to two separate abstractors. You ignore the question entirely and instead attack me for a policy that mandates quick and accurate service for every order received.
You're right, you are not an abstractor. Neither are you an attorney. Thankfully, abstractors and attorneys understood the question and responded with helpful, constructive and clear headed advice that I can respect.
