Impressive as your credentials may be, you could use some training in tact and diplomacy.  Mr. Bloys has been in the business world probably longer than you have been alive, and I would venture to guess he's forgotten more about title abstracting than most of us on this forum will ever hope to learn.  In my humble opinion, you are the last person who should be lecturing him on how to run his business.

I find your responses to his posts disrespectful, unprofessional, childish and in poor taste.
