That's a good explanation of how this might have occured James and one I hadn't thought about. I don't think they intended to send the same order to both of us.

I was thinking they might have sent one to me by fax and and another to the other email by email as a backup. It appears we both received and returned order at about the same time. The "invoice" they refer to was included with the order per their request.
