Josh has all the info on the percentages, but they are just what you would expect.  The form is only a page long and takes no time at all.  It's hard if you think about giving up a third of what is owed on the bills (roughly) but then I look at how much time I have spent and will spend trying to collect and how much that time is worth and I feel much better!  Josh is the man - he got me all set up.
