Originally being from Louisiana, I will be in "NAWLINS", I will most certainly attend my first NALTEA conference. While there I highly reccomend you try Emeril's on canal and have the BBQ Shrimp and Grit's, and "We Never Close" a little deli on Chef Hwy that serves the best and only true Po-Boy in America. If it is steak you like 25 miles North up Airline Hey will take you to Mike Andersons, there you must have the Rib-Eye Supreme. It is Wagu Beef and heavenly. I turned my excitement about the Conference coming to Louisiana into a Mini promotion of the food Industry. Forgive me if I got off track.
