My wife is a Mortgage Broker and I hear her tell it everday about how last year a 550 credit score you were good a 600 you could go 100% stated no doc's. Now it is 620 you are ok and 680 to go stated no doc's. HOWEVER, she has lenders that will still do the 550 on refinance as they look at the performance of the exsisting loan. I get an idea by cross checking to see of a sub trustee has been filed which would indiciate late payments. For example Wells Fargo Sub Prime Division, NOW DEFUNCT, is filing sub trustee after only ONE Late. My personal e-mail is on here, contact me. Anybody else that is interested and let's crank this up.
