Hi. I made an earlier post to this topic that I feel I need to amend immediately. I had posted that out of like 32 orders or so in the last year we only had one bill outstanding. I was mistaken. We had actually been paid for that case long ago and hadn't marked it the way we usually do, so I read it wrong in our billing. We have no outstanding issues with American Residential Abstract. I meant my post to be a complement, actually. For many of the companies we do work for, missing one payment in over 30 would be phenominal :-). That's why I said we don't have any billing issues with them. I meant to relay to the original poster from Iowa that she should go ahead - that I would recommend them. I feel horrible if my post was taken by anyone to be anything less than positive. I usually talk to Josie - haven't had the chance to talk to Jessica herself much. But she took the time, after reading these posts, to call me personally to try and rectify any billing issues. She was very (understandably) concerned. I made an off-handed comment without realizing that 1) I was mistaken and 2) it may have been misinterpreted. I had the best conversation with Jessica just a few minutes ago. She is a true professional and a sweetie to boot and it's always been a pleasure to work with everyone there. I feel awful that I may have done or said anything to tarnish their wonderful reputation. I would highly recommend that anyone work with them. They are awesome to work with - not just payment-wise, but in helping resolve any title issues that have arisen, too. I only hope that those who read my original post will also read this. I'm so sorry, Jessica, for any trouble my post may have caused you!
