what you need to do is STOP working for this company TODAY.  I realize they may be YOUR favorite client, but you obviously weren't valued by THEM.  Anyone who excepts work from any company KNOWING they are simply filling in the blanks for India is writing their own pink slip.  What happens when they amass a sufficient title plant using these missing documents everyone is retreiving for them??  We'll all be retired--involuntarily.  I sympathize, but quit crying in your rootbeer and make a call--fire this client and tell them why!
