We live in a free market society (for the most part). If the job can get done cheaper in India then it should. However if the quality suffers to the point where the price no longer makes that a good business decision the jobs will come back.
You make reference to the people of India having trouble with the English language and I am sure all of us have had experiences with call centers there. I suggest though that next time you are going to slam someone for that you check over your writing and see if you have command of the language.
Just out of curiousity what is the dangerous part of your job? I mean compared to being like a policeman or a firefighter?
