Hello. I have been in the title abstract business for 22 [starting my 23rd] years.
I rent a small apartment across the street from the Kings County courts, so I have a zero commute. I have had good time as well as bad as an independent contractor title examiner. Bottom line is this: There is NO WAY I could EVER go back to being a 9 to 5 office flunky! Good luck to you. I hope you can make a go of it & be successful.
