I just wanted to note that S&R Title has paid me consistently. Their remittance schedule may be longer than some, but you can definitely expect to be paid in full. Also, as previously stated, they have had a fire and some of their contact information has changed.
We have all been frustrated with this issue from time to time. I think there may be better approaches than labeling in an open forum. One recommendation is to develop a report with your customer and address payment issues well before you accrue a loss of $2,000.
