Why continue to do the grunt work for these people? They have no loyalty. When a former good client starts calling me to get "copies" of documents or papers not available on line, I quote them a fee that would have gotten the documents and a completed search the first time. Either they pay it or not, I don't care. If I have to do the running, I expect to be paid for the time. I'm not in this business as support staff for overseas title mills.
