IPT is GREAT! They have been a client of mine since the end of 2006 and always pay on time (every 2 weeks). Kim and Matt are wonderful! They actually understand what we need to do to get the searches completed correctly and when there is a glitch in title, they understand when advised how to correct the problem. Wish they were busier in MN right now!
