I don't know of any such company....most require 3 years +...
Its my understanding...that is why most companies that Independent abstractors do work for ask for E & O insurance before they will send you orders. There might be a few that don't require it ...but, you would probably starve to death...this is a very competitive business and you would need to try and get work from all the companies.
