I believe Jessica is correct.  There are Nations Title offices all over the country (or close to all over). When they took over a company (with many branches) here in Michigan, they made sure all the bills were paid from the old company, too.  Contact other offices.  I think you'll probably find that one branch somewhere as taken over their accounts. -- Alix
