Robert did not set up Source of Title as a collection agency.  Yes Paul Maisano advertises on Source of Title, but that does not make Robert or SOT responsible for their business practices, only Paul Maisano is responsible and no others.  Robert and no one else that operates a web-site as a blog, advertisement or information sharing has the time or the resources to make sure their business practices are in-line with anyone's definition of ethical.
