I love your post and I agree we should stand strong agaist the clients. But I think I will wait until I see who is left standing 4 to 6 months from now before I start telling them how its going to be.
What is a reasonable fee for current owner in your state?
how about a 24 mo chain/10 yr chain?
how about litigation/bkcy/recordings?
I'm in Alaska and I'm just wondering what you in the lower 48 charge to see if I'm too low or in the ball-park.
I reduced my fee for one huge client after 2 years of them begging and I regret it and it really had a huge impact on business. Had to get rid of one employee. I refuse to reduce fees for anyone else. I straight out tell them, NO. If anything I want to increase as soon as the market is stable again.
