I had to jump in on this one. We are very slow down here in Florida. One of our bigger clients had American Home as a their biggest client. Well, we know how that went. I too am in a dilema about staff and work load. I am calling clients and following up on leads that I didn't have time to do several months ago. All with the same answer......we're slow. I know it will be a long haul, I do believe what's being posted here though about the "bottom feeders" going by the wayside. I still hear about the $20 current owner searches down here in Florida, I don't feel bad for them. They have killed our industry and cheapened our craft. What I hope is that the cream rises to the top and then we take charge of our industry! We need to dictate what we get paid and band together. Will it happen, I'm guessing not. The idea of a Utopian Abstract Society sounds good huh? LOL
