She is a single mom and they used that info to made it sound like she would never have another opportunity to buy a home for herself and her child. After reading the papers they gave her I decided to let them "sell" me. I was shocked at what they were telling the both of us. It was actually kind of fun when they realized I wasn't as naive as they were hoping. These companies have no conscience and their sales reps are great at lying. They are predators.
