I also had a major payment issue with them.  We were also doing notary closing work for them and not getting paid.  I got the girl Susan on the phone and was told they did not have funds, so I reminded her nicely that my fee is on the HUD-1 and by law that is not their money to keep if the fee is on the HUD-1 she has to disburse it to me.  I threatened going to the banking commission.  I received full payment within 3 days!  try it... it works.
