As a title company owner, watching the fluctuations within our industry has been extremely stressful.  We remain focused on our service and confident in our ability to ride out the storm.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and all of us trying to put food on our table and offer employment to other great teammates.  Keep up the good fight.  Maintain open, honest communication with your vendors and keep the faith.  Things will get better soon and we will someday look back on these trying times and be able to identify all of the lessons we learned to strengthen our companies.

Opening up on SOT is a great step.  I commend you for your honesty, humility and courage.
