Don,
Although I "understand" your situation I don't agree. I faxed my invoices to your company 15 times, this was for work done in 2004/2005, when I spoke with you again this year you screamed at me saying "what part of fax your f------ invoices again don't you understand" and then hung the phone up on me. I have never in the 10 years I have worked in this industry, and that includes owning a nationwide company and working directly for banks, encountered such rude, nasty and unprofessional behaviour.
When I faxed my invoices yet again some months later (that makes the 17th time I faxed them) after many unanswered phone calls, and then more unanswered phone calls I decided to turn you over to collections which is going to happen this week. And I intend to turn you in to Dunn and Bradstreet so it goes on your company credit.
I paid my abstractor's who did your orders because unlike you I pay my abstractor's BEFORE I pay myself, and 2 months ago I moved myself and my company to Florida to cut my personal and company expenses way down as the cost of living is far less here then in NJ.
And like Wendi said, none of us have 80K laying around. No health insurance or 401K, etc.. so you will get no sympathy here either.
I did your work and expect to be paid.
