Growing tiresome? As are you and your doctrinaire nonsense...No I did not attend the organizational meeting...No I did not draft any of the documents...If I recall that was entrusted to those who did. We waited to see how the implementation of that activity would effectuate the anticipated results. I think we are still waiting.
