Wayne,  I think that you are being very fair.  I wasn't suggesting that you reveal the abstractors name, just commenting that you were taking the high road even after threats against you. 

You are correct,  all of us have had our share of bad days, lost orders, difficult searches, equipment failure.  But lack of communication is not acceptable.  Clients & abstractors alike all deserve that courtesy and should expect it.
