I concur with Wanda and Dan. You did all you could to try to get ahold of these folks, and they've been non-responsive. Speaking strictly as a vendor, I would have returned the call or at least left you a voicemail with a number to reach me.
It's the same as if I cancel a magazine subscription. If they send it anyway, I don't think I'm under any obligation to pay for it.
But, that's just me.
