Mr. Sedy,  I don't  know you, never did business with you , but reading your bio only makes me realize the importance of dealing with Title Examiners who have considerable experience and working knowledge of the field. I can only imagine the type of deals you must have put together to persuade clients (and Title Examiners) to use the services of someone in the field for only 8 years, to date!!  My God, yeah it sounds like you were one of "those" who thought you could make the fast buck when things were crazy and no one would notice your inexperience. Now that times have slowed, look around, REAL Title Examiners are still plugging away. Don't expect anyone to feel sorry for you due to the down turn in the Real Estate market, anyone who's been around long enough KNOWS and PLANS for the cyclical nature of the business. Your claim of a strong business aptitude escapes me as well as your spelling prowess.
