Title companies around here like the have Property Insight do the judgments in addition to hand pulling judgment books at the courthouse. They are double checking themselves because of claims. That is how I see it, someone from Maryland may have a different opinion about it. I know some title companies here won't take a completed search without a Property Insight report with it.
