Can I contact you for info on how to response on other Useless excuses from a client who makes promises They Can't Keep.???..These folks I heard that can do 7-11 searches in a day??? Please, I ask what they aren't checking! I just moved back to the Piedmont of NC from Northeastern NC...talk about only 3 independents out there, but it's a different bird all together with the nature of the real estate...and the lawyers are very old school about using independents..think we don't vote in the election I guess... I move back to my old stomping grounds  2 months ago and it's like a full "60 year" for $50.00..are you kidding me?Like I said, what or who are you using and what is your work product look like or do you know what it is supposed to look like? Am I preaching to the choir? Probably..it is amazing to me that the biggest investment in a person's life, usually their home, the research on it now a days is take so lightly...I  guess I should offer to "Super-Size" my order with something else...any suggestions.???.
