Guess I would just ask,  who appointed Houdashell as the building
czar for the county?   And,    it sounds like the typical county,
spend the money now and then hope for the "State" to cover
their ass for all or part of the expense.
Here in Michigan now the state is so broke they are cutting
funding to school kids and as the governor Queen Jennifer
Granholm stated last week in regards to her threat to cut
medicad (welfare) funding, "people WILL DIE".
County's here shouldn't count on any type of bailout.
Texas must be rolling in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
