I don't know about Property Insights but in DocEdge.com you can get involuntary liens, full transaction history and if they don't have a specific document you can get them to abstract it for you. You can search by name, address, doc#, APN. You get search results right away online, including links to the document images. There are over 500 counties including MD in the system.
