You can get copies of mortgages and deeds in MD online but DocEdge.com is not going to be able to look up judgments in Maryland without pulling the books, especially the counties that I cover, we are so old that Property Insight doesn't service some of my counties, it's called "old fashion doing it the right way". Online services are not 100% accurate and I like to personally do the work I am being paid for.
